Perfectvision Systems' (PVS) Flexicall is an integrated, modular and readily extensible hardware and software solution for patient nurse call and ancillary event notification. The system is wholly designed, manufactured and supported by PVS who have installed nurse call and patient entertainment systems across Australia for over 30 years.

The Flexicall system is designed to be an affordable, highly configurable and above all, a reliable means of providing patient nurse call to sites ranging in size from small dialysis units to multiward- and-function hospitals and polyclinics.

Call Points and Indicators

With a full range of hard wired Call Points engineered to exceed the expectations of Australian Standards, the PerfectCall system is able to provide reliable protection for your patients when and where they need it. Our overdoor indicators are bright and extremely visible. They can be programmed to operate independently of the IP backbone and provide an ideal safety mechanism should another part of the system.

Annunciator Panels

The PVS full colour high resolution IP annunciator panel display provides clear and detailed call information. The display can be programmed to provide either graphical or text based call notification. The annunciator display can also be generated from any desktop terminal when not in use to maximize the exposure of call information.

Administration Software

Making full use of the IP capabilities of the PerfectCall the system, administration is available via any device connected to the network and equipped with an internet browser. This level of simplicity means that it is no longer necessary to consume precious deskspace within Nurses Stations with a dedicated Nurse Call PC. Managers and executive staff are able to view potentially sensitive incident and performace reports in private at any time.
